(Jun.) IT support & system technician (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
In this role, you will work in three diverse areas: You will manage a long-term customer project, support the technical support of our evolutionID solutions, and contribute to the implementation of smaller software projects. This will provide you with a varied mix of system administration, support, and project work.
Long-term consulting project with a major client
- Manage the access control and time tracking system: You administer the system, manage permissions, and perform regular data maintenance.
- Coordinate operations and disruptions: You oversee updates and upgrades, organize troubleshooting, and coordinate with specialist departments and technical service providers.
- Managing ID cards and ID systems: You will be responsible for the on-site ID system, maintaining ID card printers and supporting the introduction of new production solutions.
Technical support for evolutionID solutions
- Processing support tickets: You analyze technical requests, resolve support cases and assist our customers with software, SaaS and minor hardware issues.
- Supporting evolutionID modules in operation: You will manage ID card, image and RFID components, perform system maintenance and ensure the stable operation of our solutions.
Project implementation & planning
- Implement smaller software projects: You install, configure and test our applications – with quick, visible successes.
- Supporting project planning and further development: You will work on technical specifications, documentation and process analyses, and gradually grow into larger projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience: You have a technical or IT-related education or comparable experience – your practical experience in IT support or a technical environment is crucial.
- Technical understanding: You have basic IT knowledge and are proficient in using software tools. Knowledge of access control or time tracking systems is a plus, but not required.
- Problem-solving skills: You analyze technical inquiries quickly and pragmatically and find solutions independently – even in new or unclear situations.
- Independent working style: You work responsibly, hands-on, are willing to learn and feel comfortable in a dynamic, low-bureaucracy environment.
- Strong communication skills: You present yourself professionally and communicate confidently – you speak German or English fluently , and the other language at a solid level.
- Teamwork and interfacing skills: You enjoy working with different internal teams and customers and are comfortable in a role that combines support, technology, and project work.
- High local presence & mobility: You are prepared to do the majority of your work in our new office at Leonrodplatz in Munich and ideally have a Class B driving licence for occasional customer appointments.

Sales Executive – Software for Digital Access & Identity Management (m/f/d)
Remote in Germany or office in Munich
Your tasks:
- Develop new business : You actively identify, contact and acquire new customers from medium-sized companies ( 500 – 5,000 employees) in the DACH region.
- Complete sales cycle : You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the initial contact through demos and ROI ‑analyses to the conclusion of the contract.
- Expand existing customers : You utilize cross- ‑selling and upselling potential, e.g., for additional customer locations, hardware, consumables, or additional modules.
- Identify needs : You analyze customer processes, identify challenges in identity and authorization management, and develop customized solutions.
- Place solutions : You present our complete portfolio – from PIAM ‑software and RFID technologies to card printing solutions and complementary services.
- Increase market presence : You represent evolutionID at trade fairs, events and in digital channels – and actively participate in campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Team-oriented work : In later sales phases, you will work hand in hand with our technical sales and project management colleagues to ensure a smooth implementation.
Your profile:
- Sales experience : You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B ‑solution sales – ideally in SaaS, security solutions, ID management or related technology industries.
- Hunter ‑mentality : New business is your passion and you enjoy convincing companies of your products – with determination and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Solution Sales : You think in terms of business processes, advise customers on an equal level, and develop customized concepts.
- Technical understanding : You can ‑understand integration scenarios into existing IT, ERP or access infrastructures.
- Communication skills : You communicate confidently in German (business fluent) and English (conversational fluent).
- Self-organization : You can motivate yourself in the home office, work independently and in a structured manner – and are keen to play an active role in a growing company.
