Team Member IT-Service Technik (m|w|d)

Job offer in Munich, Germany| Fulltime

Your mission

As a team member ( m|f|d ) in the IT service technology area, a varied everyday life awaits you. You will support our customers in the administration, operational readiness as well as planning and expansion of access, time recording and ID card creation systems. Depending on your needs, this activity can be carried out directly at the customer’s site, remotely from our office or from your mobile office.

Your tasks

Access and time recording system:

Coordination of operations and troubleshooting
Coordination of updates/upgrades
Planning support for new requirements
Maintenance of documentation
Management of user groups and permissions
Induction of new system users
Maintenance and cleaning of the systems

ID card management:

Maintaining and cleaning the system
Maintenance and troubleshooting of ID card printers
Support in the commissioning of new ID card production systems

Across projects:

Participation in Jour-Fix/project meetings
Carrying out tests and creating project documentation
Interface function plant security – administration

This is what you bring with you

Completed training in the field of electrical or engineering such as information electronics technician, (IT) systems electronics technician or a comparable field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and skilled use of IT equipment
Positive, committed and pragmatic demeanor, as well as a high sense of responsibility and flexibility
Proven experience in IT support, IT problem analysis and professional customer handling
Skills in managing access and time recording systems
Has a class B driving license and good written and spoken German and English skills
