- Support of administrative activities
- Continuous improvement and further development of Office processes
- Adhering to priorities and increasing efficiency
- Communication with external partners
- Assisting in the organization of internal and external meetings and events
- Purchasing office supplies
- Travel planning
- Receipts, incoming mail as well as quotation and invoicing
- Completed vocational training as an office clerk
- Practical experience in office communication and office organization
- You enjoy interacting with people and are a talented organiser
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with tasks and take over your own areas
- Fluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
