Our read/write devices support more than 60 different technologies simultaneously.
They combine low frequency, high frequency, NFC and BLE in a single device.
Our readers are optionally available in many designs, e.g. as modules, OEM boards or built into an attractive housing.

No matter whether they are needed for standalone or host-controlled operation.
We cover a wide range of physical interfaces with evolutionID RFID readers:
USB, RS232, RS485, Wiegand, TTL and many more. This gives you maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications.

On request, we can create customised firmware for the hardware to enable data output of the relevant memory area in the desired format with the required interface. In this case, you get a “plug and play” device.

TWN4 MultiTech 2 LF HF

The classic Elatec device combines RFID (125 kHz, 134.2 kHz and 13.56 MHz), NFC and optional BLE capabilities in one powerful read/write device.
Its excellent read/write performance makes the TWN4 a perfect module when little space and high technical performance are required. For example, in printer solutions, healthcare applications, driver identification, POS integrations, etc.
In addition, the TWN4 MultiTech 2 provides access to the most common host interfaces such as USB, serial TTL or I²C.
These are easily accessible via an on-board connector.

TWN4 Slim

The TWN4 Slim RFID reader is suited for installation in computers and devices, especially MFP printers with optional snap-on and snap-off covers. It supports all common standards for LF and HF technologies and is also the smallest and most compact reader in the TWN4 family. Smartphone ID solutions such as NFC and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) are already integrated and this LEser can be used for mobile use cases in data communication and authentication.

TWN4 Palon Compact Panel

The TWN4 Palon Compact Panel is a versatile device-mount reader for integration with third-party products and devices.
The RFID hardware supports a variety of interfaces, especially RS-485 and RS-232.
The new Palon Compact Panel offers the well-known advantages of the ELATEC TWN4 family and also supports various tools.
The IP65-rated housing and integrated antennas ensure first-class and reliable performance in contactless operation.
An integrated BLE module also supports a variety of mobile identification and authentication solutions.
If you don’t need the BLE functionality, we offer a Light version that does without this feature.

ID printers & consumables

We only use and recommend high-quality and flexible card printing solutions from well-known and established manufacturers that enable trouble-free card production with maximum availability.
evolutionID offers high-quality and flexible card printing solutions that cover all your card printing requirements. The devices are ideal for printing high-quality cards, from visual ID cards to access control and cashless payment cards.

The printers are available with a network interface or USB connection. We equip the card encoders with an RFID encoding unit for electronic personalisation, which is controlled directly via our IDfunction card issuance software.
The devices are suitable for TRW printing, colour dye-sublimation printing and high-quality retransfer printing.
They can print on one or both sides, with or without customised security features.

Depending on the model, the printers are suitable for applications with a low ID card production frequency, but also for complex requirements with a need for hundreds of ID cards per day.

The IDprinter family offers the option of borderless printing of ID cards using the high-quality retransfer process and, optionally, electronic encoding in a single operation with the help of an integrated encoder.
The IDprinters K30 and K30D print the cards with a print resolution of 300 dpi.
The K60D model has an even higher resolution of 600 dpi, which reproduces even very complex graphics in great detail.
The K30D and K60D models are equipped with a flip over modul, which allows cards to be produced on both sides in a single operation
thus shortening production times and avoiding errors.

A 3-year guarantee on the printing systems and a lifetime guarantee on the built-in print head round off the high-quality overall image of the printer series.

Magicard Prima 8

Using retransfer printing technology, the Magicard Prima 8 card printer quickly produces high-quality ID cards in large quantities, comparable to offset litho printing.
The Prima 8 offers a reliable, robust production solution for the immediate issue of cards and, if required, additional lamination of the ID cards using an optional lamination module.
Using the retransfer printing process, the images are first printed onto a thin film and then transferred to the card surface using heat. This creates a high-resolution, glossy image that enables borderless printing on card blanks.

The Magicard 600 is a premium card printing solution that offers faster print speeds, stringent security and the finest print detail. Magicard 300 (direct-to-card)

Magicard 300

Robust, durable, reliable and equipped with Digital Shredding (TM), the Magicard 300 is perfect for schools, colleges and medium-sized businesses printing up to 10 000 cards per year. When it comes to secure ID card printing, you can rely on the Magicard 300.

With the Magicard 300 you can print at a resolution of 300 x 300 dpi in monochrome. This is ideal for printing photos, company logos, other images and black personalisation.

Via USB, the Magicard 300 can be quickly and easily integrated into the existing infrastructure, minimising set-up time and requiring little technical know-how. Updates and upgrades are also very easy to install. The 300 prints each single-sided, full-colour card with HoloKote® in under 23 seconds. A monochrome version takes less than 6 seconds. The Magicard 300 allows you to print up to 720 cards per hour in monochrome.

Processor ID cards, such as the Smart MX ID card with native support for Mifare DESFire and applets, such as the versatile Legic Advant, are highly valued by our customers.

Dual-interface and hybrid ID cards (mixed technologies) are our expertise.
Combinations of CTC (Legic Prime + Advant) and other technology combinations on request, e.g. Mifare DESFire + EM4102, offer a major advantage when migrating from one generation of ID cards to another.
