Your range of tasks consists of the following core functions:

Office Management | Order Processing | Key Account Management | New customer acquisition

• You support management and team in administrative and organizational matters (e.g. Office Management Agent: ordering Office material; coordination of suppliers and vendors, taking over the telephone switchboard, coordination and processing of incoming and outgoing mail)
• Independent processing of customer inquiries and gradual takeover of the first own key accounts. The greatest possible service orientation is our top priority.
• New customer acquisition: You proactively approach potential business partners via various communication channels. After an initial induction phase, you will gradually take over the research of potential acquisition contacts and their independent implementation.

• Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training, studies or other verifiable skills
• Ideally, first sales and office management experience (technical / IT background is not a must)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Confident handling of the MS Office package and ERP software programs
• High IT and technology affinity
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working
• Service-oriented & positive mindset as well as a confident, professional appearance
